Hieno sisustus, kartanotunnelma, viihtyisä huone ja yhteistilat. Hyvät sängyt. Yhteiskeittiössä tarvittavat koneet, astiat sekä aamiaistarvikkeita (luomuna kahvia, teetä,.kaurahiutaleita). Siistiä. Kaunis pihapiiri. Sujuva yhteydenpito. Koodilukko.

2. krs:n Annikki-huoneeseen oli melko jyrkät portaat, joihin voisi ehkä laittaa liukastumisen estoa varten 'jotain'
