Nice place, very close to the Elephant nursery and Giraffe Center. In the nature with singing birds around, though also in the city. An amazing potential gem if renovated.
It has many facilities, just they need to renovate all. Older hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful sunrise from the balcony and peaceful sound of birds chirping. Food was okay, looved the breakfast though others could improve especially the lunch and dinner ala carte orders. The staff were friendly and the service was good though the kitchen number should be removed from the list as the number was never answered and I had to place orders via the reception or the waiters and thanks to them for being so helpful.
The breakfast area should be better set up with shade options as the sun was too hot and quite direct. No other sitting options were available. Also consider having a wide range of sitting, i.e not just the high stools but maybe also have low sitting. Also maybe give the breakfast menu to guests the night before to reduce on waiting time.

The Location is simply breathtaking. Its the perfect getaway and shut down. Not far from the city and not close either. Perfect for unwinding. i would recommend it if only for the location. The staff was very helpful
Showers were problematic had to run the tap for more than 15min to get the hot water running, Food came wrapped in plastic, Sporadic Wifi was available about 20% in the course of a weekend, this and the condition of the equipment did not quite gel with the value for money.
