Very spacious, secure (there was someone at concierge 24/7), great location.
Myriam was very communicative, giving clear instructions and helped us with our bags.

The accommodation was in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was very spacious and offered plenty of room. The 24-hour self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival very convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, there were a few cleanliness issues during our stay. The kitchen had a musty smell, the floor was not very clean, and we found quite a lot of hair in the bed. These issues made the accommodation feel less well-maintained than expected.

The washing machine and dryer were very useful. Beds comfortable. Unit clean with elevator access. The reception was helpful. The single large bottle of water was highly appreciated
You leave the money on the table (need exact money!). Unfortunately it wasn’t counted properly by the host staff and we told we were short of money. Actually we had overpaid instead when the host recounted the money left. Wish we had photographed the payment before we left the apartment.
