Loved the property! Easily accommodated all four of us with pull-out couch. Very roomy. Mattress in bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. Exquisitely appointed. Lovely deck and access to dock. Short drive to Boothbay Harbor and Boothbay.
There was nothing at all we didn’t like. The only thing I’d say is that we were in town for a wedding nearby so didn’t spend too much time at the property. As such, nightly rate was a bit high.

The owners Paula and Peter were very welcoming, kind and friendly.This little carriage house was very clean and decorated beautifully! The location is simply beautiful, surrounded by beautiful trees, and nature, very secluded serene and quiet, yet close to the city. You can see water from your private Deck and front Windows! We highly recommend a stay here and if we are in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again ! Thank you Paula and Peter for sharing this charming hidden gem with us!
Smaller windows in bathroom and bedroom had No blinds.
