Останавливаюсь в Spitak tun уже второй раз. Дом находится в далеке от центра города - пешком примерно минут 15, поэтому есть абсолютное ощущение пребывания на природе: шум реки, пение птиц, кваканье лягушек. Номер комфортный, удобная кровать. Для обогрева можно воспользоваться кондиционером (оба раза я была не в разгар летнего сезона + город на высоте). На общей кухне есть всё необходимое, можно без проблем готовить. Отзывчивые хозяева. Уверена, что по соотноешнию цена-качество-комфорт это - лучший вариант в Иджеване.

The property was clean, well handled, and the host was very nice! It is hard to get a taxi from the location, especially at night, but the host was really helpful with that as well, and helped me to get a taxi right away!

I had the pool to myself!
The place was hard to find and really p my suitable for driving to. My booking was for a studio with kitchen but I actually only got a room. The kitchen is a shared one and I think there was a cockroach.
