The place is spacious and easy to check in + check out. The host was very helpful even though we checked in very late at night. The location is nice, very close to the center of the city, and will take us a 10-minute drive at most.

The wifi in the bedrooms is quite weak, you can't do video calls while sitting in the room. But this is the only issue I had with the place so all I can say the place is awesome. They also required a damage deposit, which would have been much better if they communicated it early with us, not on the day we were about to check out.

Forget everything you have seen in HCM this is the apartment you should book. clean and beautiful. I loved it!!! Plus the pool is open all day! The staff are sweet and helpful people.

Everything was well thought out. Included all the necessities for our long stay. Good location, away from all the street noises and bars but still close enough to main shopping areas. Host who looked after us was amazing.

The bed was uncomfortable. Was either too firm or too springy. Could’ve also done with 4 pillows on the bed instead of a soft thin pillow and small thin blanket.

All equiped with Pool, gym, library and supermarket!

The beds were the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever laid on. Rock hard. Led to poor nights sleep.

La estancia fue realmente positiva. Los apartamentos están super bien cuidados y cuentan con mensaje suficiente para cocinar y sentirse como en casa. Además, las instalaciones del edificio son super guays: la piscina es amplia y agradable, hay un jardín en una entreplanta con mesas merendero y una planta entera con facilidades para los inquilinos como salas de ping pong. Además, hay un starbucks y supermercado justo al lado del complejo. La host fue SUPER agradable y dispuesta a ayudar, una chica muy simpática. Le agradezco mucho la comunicación fácil que ha habido todo el rato entre nosotras.

-really nice apartment for family -clean and comfortable for all -good kitchen facilities -convenient stores and cafes close by -infinity pool was a massive hit with the kids -nice location to explore and not far from district 1 via grab taxi -very secure -host was there to greet and check us out. V.friendly.

-not much apart from waiting for the lift to get to the apartment which can get busy but there are many floors!

The host was not very accommodating. The apartment did not cater cutlery or crockery for westerners. The air-conditioning did not work properly, we had to wait 2 days before it was serviced. This should have been sorted before my stay. The lack of speaking English was a huge problem which made my stay even less enjoyable.

We loved how easy it was to pick up the keys and the way they showed us around. The views are amazing and the room is really big for a few days in the city.

Stylish interior, good furniture. The apartments are large: 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen area. Two bathrooms, each with shampoos and shower gels. Wonderful balcony overlooking the pool. Nearby is a large supermarket with everything you need.

1. It's strange, but there were no cups in the kitchen. Of course, I understand that in Asia drink from bowls, but this is very uncomfortable for European. Please add normal mugs to the kitchen. 2. Wi-Fi didn’t work well. Unfortunately the internet is weak. Zoom meetings didn’t work, it was impossible to watch the movie, the video just didn’t load( 3. There are a lot of people in the pool on the 5 floor. If you are planning to relax, you will not succeed. Children are constantly yelling, splashing with water, elderly men are swimming back and forth. A lot of people live in this residential complex and this affects visiting public areas. 4. The infrastructure around the residential complex is not very developed. In fact, there is only a large supermarket (and it's wonderful), but that's about it. Several coffee shops with only one coffee. The shopping complex is just being built, there is no shopping, no normal cafes and restaurants. 5. Remote location from the city center. You can walk to the center on foot, but for a long time (45 minutes). By taxi, 15-20 minutes with traffic jams (especially in the evening, when everyone is driving from work). In the area near the apartments there are cafes, restaurants, shops, but you have to go. Not to say that right under the window, you will need to walk for about 15 minutes.

pictures didn’t describe the property at all. The room had an ant infestation which they appeared to know about and not tell us. Food had been left in the microwave which was rotten - maybe shows a lack of thorough cleaning. To be fair to the host - she did come and change the microwave as it smelled so bad.
