Teleri is a great host and communication was first class and friendly. Lovely house, great size rooms and lots of character. Very clean and well kept. Lovely welcome gifts. Parking easy access to property. Very close proximity to Bala high street and short walk to the beautiful lake. Ideal base for seeing other areas.
Courtyard was small but we didn’t stay at house other than to sleep, as so much to see in area. After breakfast we were out every day, so it really didn’t matter.

Nice and easy for the town.
A bit more info about the area and possibly some games or a deck of cards for the evenings. A visitors book.

it was very clean and well furnished, a good base for touring
There was no private parking, had to find a parking spot on the side Street. There was no garden, just a tiny back yard, the central heating came on the first night and never came on again. Also the Owners need to leave instructions on how to get the TV’s on, we couldn’t, had no tv during our stay, also no instructions for the Washing Machine.These need to be sorted before the next guests arrive and it’s in the interest of the Owners.
