spacious , well equipped kitchen , peaceful location , the peacocks , comfy bed ,bed linens were fresh and towels that actually dry you ,
the place was full of cobwebs - walls , windows , furniture.
the toilet seat is very loose and moves about. the shower head needs replacing.
the sofa needs moving across to be opposite the TV

Lovely lodge set in the tranquil grounds of a small golf course with free roaming peacocks. The facilities were excellent and we would stay here again. Kitchen well equipped and bed very comfortable. Owner was fantastic, very informative and welcoming.
There were a couple of large spiders living in the bedroom. This didn't bother us, but I could understand if people with phobias were unsettled. No tea, coffee or sugar in the cupboards - not really an issue, but you would usually expect this.

A beautiful holiday lodge, had everything we needed in a very well equipped kitchen, bathroom facilities absolutely immaculate. A very comfortable bed, in a peaceful and calming bedroom. Main living room very well decorated and very comfortable after a day out touring. We had our own courtyard to sit out in, with a great view over the golf course and we had visiting peacocks. Complimentary wine and chocolates were a very nice personal touch. Our hosts where lovely people and we would not hesitate to re visit again if we are in the area. Plenty of places of interest to visit.
We wouldnt change anything, everything was perfect.

Nice location, easy to access local attractions. Sweet lodge with nice outlook.
Could have done with a bit more thought. The shower head needed replaced which the owner did during our stay. The fridge didn’t shut properly as it needed defrosting, the ceramic hob was faulty so we couldn’t cook properly and there were no decent mugs for tea & coffee so we bought our own.
