Very good accomodation and friendly staff. Maybe the rooms could use a hairdryer for specific rooms but we still were able to borrow one from the staff. Parking was a bit of a mess but that’s just a balkan thing but we still were able to find a spot almost everytime.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Ma petite famille a adoré notre nuit à l’Hotel Centrum à Mitrovica. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne, impeccable et parfaitement équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les enfants étaient tellement heureux qu’ils nous demandaient de rester une nuit de plus ! Le personnel était accueillant et l’hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et le recommandons à 100 % à toutes les familles !

Ich vergebe 8 von 10 Punkten. Die Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone und trotzdem etwas abseits ist sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer modern und sauber, und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war gerade im Sommer ein echter Pluspunkt. Auch das direkt angeschlossene Restaurant ist sehr gut und preiswert. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn die Verständigung nur auf Albanisch möglich war.
Abzüge gibt es, weil die Unterkunft insgesamt eher wie ein Hostel als wie ein Hotel wirkt. Der Rezeptionsbereich wirkte etwas schmuddelig, die Ausstattung ist einfach, es gibt nur wenige Steckdosen, keinen Safe und kaum Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch die Barzahlung ohne Quittung fand ich nicht ideal.
Insgesamt war es aber ein ordentlicher Aufenthalt bei freundlichen Menschen. Für eine Nacht definitiv in Ordnung.
