Excellente situation (pour des touristes) : entre la cathédrale (et le musée Rolin, fermé jusqu’en 2030), le muséum d’histoire naturelle et l’hôtel de ville (et le lycée Bonaparte). Proximité des remparts romains. Nombreux restaurants autour de la cathédrale et en allant vers l’hôtel de ville. Stationnement gratuit, facile et à durée illimitée dans la rue de la location (grande rue chauchien) et dans la rue perpendiculaire (rue Changarnier) à proximité de la porte d'entrée. Grand logement fonctionnel, bien équipé, avec belle charpente apparente et belle hauteur permettant une mezzanine avec un 2e couchage. Très bons rapports avec le propriétaire.

Il y avait tout ce dont j’avais besoin. Suffisament grand et assez bien placé.

Au début, j’ai eu du mal à fermer la porte mais dès que j’ai trouvé le fonctionnement c’etait tout bon.

charmant petit appartement où 4 personnes peuvent loger. Idéalement placé en plein centre

les parties communes laissent à penser qu'on arrive dans un squat ! Au minimum un coup de peinture blanc avec 2 ou 3 amis sans rien demander a personne ?

La propreté du lieu, la mezzanine romantique, les lieux bien pensés, bien organisés.

L'escalier extérieur n'est pas très facile.
