Nice location doesn’t compensate for other deficits

Location 2 min walk beach and sea views Large, clean, good beds Host Elvira friendly and helpful. Klaus lost interest in customer service the minute he had been paid (up front for a reason)

It is private apartment in tired old fashioned Bourgainville hotel Car was blocked in, Elvira very helpful getting it moved but took an hour. Parking and hotel cramped and impossible to navigate around Apartment nice but lamp didn’t work, shower holder broken, outside lighting didn’t work No dishwasher and they did not provide washing up liquid High price for what is provided Rental fee taken in cash on arrival no receipt given, had to ask host to sign to say received Multiple long powercuts … 6 or 7 during 3 day stay. One approx 8 hrs. No visit or call from hots to explain, offer candles etc Pools loud, full, avoided them

balcony is spacious & house is clean

The house is in the middle of a resort but not part of it which means you can't access the pool or the beach, which is 1 minute away without paying extra. also mean you have to walk through a long dark parking lot to get in and out and not allowed to use the lifts or normal entrance. The staff of the hotel is really unkind and despite not knowing and being with a baby we were still treated like criminals. the house owner need to make it more clear that the facilities aren't includes, which makes it bad value for money for Albania

Superb

We arrived at the hotel a little late (20.00) , but they were still waiting for us with the key via a phone message. Unfortunately, the apartment was on the first floor, so we could not see the sea from the balcony, but the cleanliness, the location and the free parking was great.

Sarranda is a bit crowded (buildings are dense, I can imagine how many people there must be in the summer) but the sights in the area make it worth a visit.

Exceptional accommodation at a budget price

Lovely welcome from 2 sisters one of whom led me to the reserved underground parking slot. They were very helpful and explained lift numbers to press [there are several lifts and numerous floors and wings in the complex] The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Swimming pool very close, balcony had chairs table clothes drier etc. restaurant towards beach very good. Supermarket other places to eat very close to complex.

Receptionist at reception was abrupt because this is a privately owned apartment in their complex. Call the number given by booking.com and owner will meet you outside. No sea view as there are buildings in front but has view of the pool. Stayed early September sun does not reach the balcony until around 5pm.

- Access to the swimming-pools is in plus (500 lekes / person for the one at ground floor, more expensive for the one at the roof top) - Hard to find the place. it’s in fact in Bougainville complex.

Fantastic clean apartment to finish Albania

Already booked last April and already a good feeling, within 5 minutes a response from owner Klaus, with a thank you for booking and that she was looking forward to seeing us, really a welcome feeling in front. When we arrived Klaus was already waiting, we had rented a car from the beginning of our holiday, to make a tour through Albania and stayed the last few days in Wonderful Bay apartment. Car could be parked under the complex in the busy part of Sarande, really perfect. Wonderful Bay is located in the complex of Bougainville Bay resort, where you can also use the facilities. Really nice apartment and hygienic and super clean. Washing machine available, so we could wash some clothes and beach towels from the days before. In the kitchen everything is present, kitchen utensils, various glasses, plates, pepper & salt, oven, cleaning items. You can't think of it that crazy. Ironing board and iron. Beautiful weekend!

The position of the villa is wonderful. tThe villa is very clean and the living room is very spacious and with all the facilities you may need during tour stay. I would come again for a longer stay. Thank you also to the owner.

Nice apartment but a few improvement points can be made

The location is very nice with view over the sea. The living room was nice and comfortable. The beds are fine, bathroom is nice. The owner responds quickly to contact moments, which is great.

It was hard to check-in, especially with a lady who doesn’t speak English. She informed us wrong about the private parking place which resulted in some problems during our stay. Please note: payment is only possible with cash, this was not clear to me. For the check-out we agreed a time but the person arrived 30 minutes late which was frustrating. The balcony is not so nice as on shown on the pictures, there was 1 plant. The staircase support is really unstable which might be a problem for kids. TV had only a few Greece channels which had sometimes a bad connection so wasn’t usable for us

Nice trip to Sarandë

The host and those who helped the host were so very kind and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. More than enough towels and blankets provided. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

We had to pay in cash. The building is very confusing and it can be hard to find the room.

Pleasant stay. Recommended.

The apartment facilities were excellent. It is located in a upscale resort with a small private beach and access to sea water pools. Everything was new. Air condition was efficient, there was one unit in each room.

It could have been cleaner. The parking exit and movement through the complex was awkward. The WiFi was sometimes unreliable. The TV program selection was very limited.

Nice apartment on the Albanian Riviera

Nice large apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Part of Bougainville Bay but not really. You'll have to have cell service to call the owner to get in to the parking and apartment. Very busy and crowded place but it was July and to be expected. Access to beach is free but it is rocky and very small. Lots of chairs to rent though (500 lek or 5$ each) on the stone beach platform or at the pool. However, hotel guests get priority so make sure to get there by 9am before they are all taken. Good wifi but TV didn't work, which was only sad because we wanted to watch the Olympics.

Very helpful host and amazing location! 2 min walk to sea and access to a swimming pool( extra fee). You have everything you need in the apartment. Enjoyed being there!

The apartment is located in hotel resort which is more an advantage than a disadvantage. No big comments.

Very good

The location is amazing! Having a parking included was great for us because we traveled with car. The hosts were very polite and responsive. There is an AC in every room, and the balcony is perfect for dinner with friends/family.

This place is great for 4 people (2 couples) and +1 kid at most. The water pressure in the shower is low which can be a little annoying, and there is only one bathroom.
