We were on the 19th floor. Small but well laid out studio with comfortable bed and good aircon. Suitable for 2 only or with small child . All equipment worked well although the Japanese style bidet is an acquired taste. Water / Netflix is free . Small balcony but room for a chair.. you can see the sea if you crane your neck!
We didn’t use the gym or pool but disappointed to note there is a charge of 150p for each one .. unless you’re staying for 5 days or more apparently . This is not made clear but it is now . Also nasty smell in cupboard under sink which needs a proper fix .
Slightly clunky check in both at the desk ( although we were 30 mins early) and with the door keys but manageable

Location
Lack of amenities, poor communication and action once booked in. Issue with Ants. No duvet cover. Entry code not changed from previous occupants providing a security risk.
