Unbelievable accommodation, great location. Would definitely go again.
Poor communication with the agent for the key handover. This meant we could not travel the 3 hour car journey with a 2 year old until 17:00 whereupon we were eventually contacted. We arrived at 20:00 in the dark.
Several emails were sent to the agent in Lorne and phone calls with no answer. We did not receive any instructions of how we would access the property in the days leading up to the actual day of arrival.
We received two email messages with a time to vacate with conflicting instructions with the key return
1st message said leave the key under the mat.
2nd message said return the keys to the agent in Lorne.
We decided best to return the key to the agent and share our concerns. After speaking to the agent i get the feeling this is normal practice. She said she could not find the emails I sent on her system. I showed her the emails, she replied that they have two systems and the second system is not monitored all the time. Very disappointing.

Incredible view, exceptionally laid out and beautiful home. Also dog friendly.
The stovetop was hard to use and did not work at one stage. There also needs to be more platters, salad bowls, useful cooking pots and pans to be added and upgraded. Then the property would be perfect.
Also would be nice to have fitted sheets on the beds and nice doonas.
