The Location, Praia da Luz was great. We have been there many times and have always enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment Sunny Retreat is superb. It is well equipped, has good wi-fi, is immaculately clean and has very effective air conditioning. The amenities associated with the rental such as the two heated outdoor pools are very close and it is just a short pleasant walk to the main beach and to Luz centre where there are many restaurants and cafes.
Unfortunately the view from the main balcony was of a building site and the three storey block of apartments being built is not scheduled for completion until late 2027. The workers start at around 8.00am and finish around 5.00pm and obviously during this time there is quite a lot of noise.

Great location, perfect for what we needed and great to have the pool and tennis courts. The property was immaculate and very comfortable.
There was building work going on outside but we weren’t there during the day so it wasn’t a big problem for us.

The apartment was stunning shame balcony’s not useable due to huge building site right outside and a noisy road on other side
