Fantastic place to stay. The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. The building is located a top place with a sea view. One can enjoy the swimming pool as well. Lot of eating places near the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Kota Kinabalu

Very close to malls and the Jesselton Jetty
Close to the night market
Great views from the room
Lots of Ants and Cockroaches in the property
The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable
There was a bad smell when we first entered the property
Nothing to hang clothes on in the small room
Didn’t have items such as the swinging chair shown in the pictures
