The property was in an amazing location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It was spacious and had good facilities. The key collection was easy and the staff had great communication and answered any questions promptly.
The apartment was clean other than an ant problem that seemed to be on the balcony. If you leave food out or rubbish in the bins they make their way in and it was not great to have to get rid of them ourselves. It can be contained if you are careful and seems to be a wider issue with the building rather than the property itself.

We really liked the general apartment and it was very clean upon arrival, everything was very easy to access with a book explaining local amenities, the apartment, destinations nearby, how to use certain things, safety contacts and more! There was also a little bottle of wine and a map - it was very nice to be welcomed to after a long day of travelling. The beds were super comfy, there was great AC, all channels on the TV, washing machine, stuff outside on the balcony to bring to the beach such as a beach ball and an umbrella… so much! It was very straight forward and felt truly like a home away from home, also the views from the apartment were very nice and the balcony right the way around was lovely. The actual building is very convenient, there are mini markets nearby, you can walk to mercadona, and the main coast of beaches is very easy to get to! We did ask for a later checkout and they said unable to do but let us keep all our luggage in their office at no additional cost, very kind staff! Thank you so much for having us.
Upon arrival, there were ants all over the floor. I think there is an infestation on the balcony that if you don’t monitor bleeds in, so we had to deal with that ourselves upon arrival which wasn’t nice to come to deal with, told the staff and said it was under control and they just said ok let us know how it is, not very involved but they didn’t seem to come back inside they just stayed on the balcony but if we left food out too long they’d start to come - I think it’s just an issue with the apartment complex. Otherwise everything else was great, there was no toilet paper or washing up liquid though which would’ve saved a couple of extra pennies!
