The villa was exactly as expected and we really enjoyed our stay. It is beautiful, with a lovely terrace and lawn, and the location is fantastic — the sea is literally about 100 metres away, so you can jump straight into the water. Overall, we really liked the property and its location.
The main things that could be improved are cleanliness and a few maintenance details. The attic room required cleaning before we could use it, as the bed and linen were quite dusty. We also experienced a faulty shower fitting, limited electrical capacity when using several appliances at once, and an outdoor shower drain that clogged with sand very easily.

The location of the apartment is 50 meters from the beach!!!, a new, clean and spacious apartment, there is everything you need in the apartment for a stay.Air conditioners in all rooms in the apartment .Near the apartment there are entertainment venues and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet apartment. The contact person is very nice and courteous and answers any questions and helps.
The shower on the second floor is a bit small.

Perfect location. Beautiful Villa in the quiet part of Polychrono. It is equipped with anything you might need. The facilities are new and modern. The yard is very up-kept and there is a great sea view from all the villas. Highly recommend booking a villa here if you would like to truly relax and enjoy your stay.
