La vista excelente, el personal muy amable
Los pasillos llenos de pasto, los baños no estaban limpios, las cobijas y ropa de cama olían muy mal

El desayuno lo dan muy tarde, 2 días nos quedamos sin desayuno, ya Q ellos abren a las 9, y nuestras actividades empezaban a esa hora, debería de ofrecer desayunos más temprano

La ubicación está perfecta, llegar al centro de Cuetzalan es súper rápido y fácil, las instalaciones están preciosas y muy cómodas! Vale completamente la pena ! La mayoría de los empleados súper empaticos y amables! El desayuno súper rico!

Location is magnificent, the views are incredible, the overall outside of the place is very well done
A lot of effort on the outside, None!!! For the inside, toilets without toilet seat, the quality of the bed, pillows, linens and towels very low and I mean very low.
