Clean room , nice decoration
Start off with it advertising free parking that's literally sticking vehicle out mostly in traffic on a busy road, parked on beach road, pain in the ass. Road is gross it's on smelly, dirty, busy. I'm just going to say the owner was accusing worker of stealing 1500 baht in front of guests very unprofessional, couldn't get out of there fast enough. Oh and the hot water is still cold.

The hotel was not far from the beach. Just a few mins walk and you are right in the junction where there are restaurants, 7-11, money exchanger and a convenient place to hop on Songthaew. The best part for me and my family was the bakery they have! My kid loved them and tried everyday we were staying. The hosts were lovely and my kid felt at home with them. The hotel also offered free coffee, hot water and a microwave in a common floor which was a blessing. The room was good.
The only down side was the noise from outside but technically it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Unfortunately, I can't say I like it much. I think that the only thing I liked was the location. To be able to check in, you need to go to the restaurant. Stairs up. An apartment is just a room with a bed. No place for anything else. Small toilet with a shower. AC was somehow working.
The staff wasn't friendly. The apartment was depressing. No view. Just a bed, like in the paid by hours motel. The odour was unpleasant. My subjective opinion, but definitely the place I will not come back to.
