About this apartment rental
The Casa in Via Seminario apartment is located in the heart of Otranto’s historic center, making it the perfect base to experience the city’s charm. You’ll be close to all major landmarks and just a short walk from crystal-clear beaches, both public and equipped. This is an ideal choice for families and small groups of friends.
The property is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a sink, toilet, bidet, laundry sink, and washing machine. A spacious terrace offers city views and space for drying clothes. Please note: one bedroom serves as a passage to access the bathrooms and the master bedroom. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include wireless internet (WLAN) with router, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a TV. The private outdoor area features an open terrace and a balcony. The apartment is also suitable for longer stays. The host is available for assistance and suggestions via the booking platform.
Parking: As the property is in a pedestrian area just outside the city walls, several parking options are available about 400 meters away and will be explained at check-in: private parking is available for an extra fee, and free parking is available seasonally. Small pets are welcome. The property follows recycling rules; further details will be provided on site.

Renata was easy to communicate with. She met us at the plaza from where we had to walk to the apartment, which was about a 5 min walk. Free Parking was a little further, but an easy walk through the castle. Renata send us useful information throughout our stay. The apartment was interesting, maybe a challenge if 2 couples are traveling, since you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us. The location is perfect, you are right in the center of old town and surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is also close. We really enjoyed our stay at Renata’s place and can definitely recommend it
