Friendly staff, strategic location, clean facilities

The villa was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in as we arrived from Singapore and reached there around 11:15pm. Location was good, as it was near Al-Ameen Jetty. Within 3 mins walk was a beautiful cafe (Koju Cafe) that has really good coffee, breakfast options and my favourite Keropok Lekor :). There is a Shell Select nearby as well to stock up on water and chips before boarding the ferry to go Redang.
The aircon condenser was very noisy, so it kept some of awake throughout the night, and my bedsheet had a large hole in it which my foot ended up getting caught at night.

Quite new, well organized, close to Merang Jetty (excellent for departure)
It is outside of the heart of Kuala Terengganu so there is basically nothing to do around the area besides for a very basic restaurant on the side of the street

Clean room
Pool faced main road.....toilet was 2 inches from wall..so you sat sideways on it....poor design..
