Very nice and clean place. Room was nicely decor and very large. Nice pool area.
From the hotel point of view everything was great. The road that leads to it a little chsllenging. But worth the drive.

The staff are wonderful. Kind and attentive. I have mobility issues and nothing was too much trouble to make my stay comfortable and safe. Even a bar in the bathroom and large spacious room to fit a wheelchair or big walker.. While I had a problem with the taxi from the airport, the staff dealt with it and let me stay in my room later so I could get the afternoon train Maya to Chetumal.
I would add the pool is well designed and clean. I was even helped to get into the pool so I could enjoy relaxing in the sun and water.
There is nothing to dislike.

The owner’s and the vibe is very good.
Room Cleaning Staff doesn’t knock and directly enters to the room.

I liked the room and the bed. It was very comfortable and the room was big enough and well distributed
The pressure on the shower was very low, unless you wanted to burn yourself in boiling water. Also, the courtesy breakfast was a joke: Just a glass of juice (not natural) or coffee, and 1 quesadilla (only cheese inside)
