The hotel proactively reached out ahead of our visit to ask if we wanted any help arranging transport from the airport and to confirm whether we were comfortable with the stairs to our room (as they were a little steep), offering to help us change if we had any issues. The room itself was exactly as we needed, and when we ran into some issues with the bed the owners went out of their way to investigate and to help us have the best time we could for the remainder of our stay. Every staff member we ran into was friendly and helpful, and the sound of the ocean just across the street was a big help in our getting to sleep at night.

The water pressure in the showers was a little low for us, with not much force behind it even when turning the system up. The driveway to the higher parts of the hotel is also a little steep, which could be a minor drawback for the less fit.
