Location excellent, very kind lady who let is in. Nice touch of the welcome pack milk, water, wine etc

Whole property very dated and in need of an upgrade. Sold as a property for 4 people but in reality this is a 1 bedroom garden flat with a sofa bed. Without the sofa bed, this gives 1 very small comfortable chair to sit on of an evening. No cushions for the iron seats outside in yt garden and yet premium prices charged.

Location excellent, very kind lady who let is in. Nice touch of the welcome pack milk, water, wine etc

Whole property very dated and in need of an upgrade. Sold as a property for 4 people but in reality this is a 1 bedroom garden flat with a sofa bed. Without the sofa bed, this gives 1 very small comfortable chair to sit on of an evening. No cushions for the iron seats outside in yt garden and yet premium prices charged.
