Tolles Grundstück, großartige Lage, aber keine gemütliche Ausstattung, grelles, kaltweißes Licht, ungenügend Sitzmöglich

Großartige Lage und super Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer

Die Einrichtung ist leider alles andere als gemütlich. Unglaublich grelles Licht in den meisten Räumen. Club Sessel und Ledersofa mit weißen Lackmöbeln, einfach nicht gemütlich für dieses sehr schöne Reetdachhaus in großartiger Lage. Nur 5x Stühle für die Terrasse bei einem 6-Personen Haus, keinerlei Liege, keinerlei sonstige Annehmlichkeiten im Außenbereich. Im Sommer sind die Zimmer drinnen kaum benutzbar, da auch keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern.

Mit kleinen Aufwand könnte man die Zufriedenheit um 70% erhöhen.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Pflege der Außenanlage war gut.

Heizungsraum und Stromanschussschrank im Schlafzimmer mit Spinnen und stark verschmutzt. Elektrogrill nicht nutzbar, weil mit alten Grillresten verdreckt. Armeisen in der Küchen. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster klemmen. Eine Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Lüfter im Bad ohne Fenster funktioniert nicht. Keine Ablage in den Duschen für die Seife. Toilettenpapier und Bürste verschmutzt in einen Halter. Alle 4 Pfannen die Beschichtung verkratzt. Abziehen für die Duschen fehlen. In der Küche an den Wänden Rückstände von toten Insekten. Keine Kaffeebecher. Wir haben uns selber welche gekauft und im Haus gelassen. Boot am Anleger gehört den Nachbarn.
