Issue a refund for someone that still makes another reservation at the hotel

Location was close to office

The fact that The Sonder won't issue a refund to my cancelled reservation despite me making a new reservation for a shorter time. The location received (2) payments.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Gute Lage, direkt bei der Metro Station.

Sehr ringhörig, man hat alles von den Nachbarn gehört. Keinen kostenlosen Zimmerservice. Sehr sehr kleine Zimmer.

We had a wonderful trip and our accomodations were perfect!

The location was great! Easy to get to everywhere we wanted. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows, which was a big bonus! Staff was super friendly and helpful!!!

The type of sink with a shelf right over it was not easy to wash your face in. The shelf is needed though as you need somewhere to set your toiletries.

Comfortable, convenient and enjoyable.

The location was good, room clean and suited our needs. The staff especially Jason and Chloe were very friendly, professional and always keen to help. Thank-you.

Probably only the building site but there isn’t much you can do about that. Also it would have been nice to have a more spacious area to eat/meet in perhaps get a coffee or drink?

The stay was adequate.

Overall the room was clean and the staff was nice. The location was easy to get anywhere in the city because of being close to the R line subway or even within walking distance of the Barclays Center to get any subway.

Overall I felt that the room pictures did not meet the actual size of the room or the amenities. The studio was expected to be small but was even smaller than expected. the bathroom was so small we had to leave the bathroom door open to sit on the toilet. the shower had a tile fixture that was most likely a pipe that stuck out about 8in from the middle of the shower and we were unable to stand comfortably in the shower. both my wife and I are skinny people so I can only imagine how this room would have been for someone who would be larger. Because the shower was so small the shower curtain would stick to any part of your body that was in proximity to you. the bathroom would also fill with water because of the difficulty with showering.

Sounder the perfect place to be when looking for a holiday spot ,home from home.

The location was perfect for entertainment , transportation the train is right on the block. Few mins to Downtown Brooklyn. The comfortable bed. Cleanliness , welcoming staff.

terrible experience, broken AC

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the malfunctioning air conditioning system in the room. Despite notifying the staff about this issue immediately, the only solution they provided was a basic fan. This was a disappointment, as it did not adequately address the lack of cool air and comfort that I had anticipated during my stay. My experience was terrible

Great few days spent.

Good location with nice coffee place and restaurant right opposite. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

I was quite annoyed by all the email reminders of online check-in. I booked the room some 7 months in advance and got more than 50 reminders, even though I pointed out that I would only check in just prior to our trip. In general in was quiet on the 2nd floor however, there was a noisy cleaning session of the ground floor that took place between 1 and 3 o'clock in the morning (must have been waking up everyone on the ground floor, incl. my daughters). I missed a fridge in the room. The windows do not open, but the AC is ok.

my shower didnt work the room was filthy - i took pictures and showed the staff and they said it was a "matter of opinion" re the dirt all over the floor. not very helpful or professional.

Comfortable beds, clean, central location

The front door entrance code did not work when we got home around midnight. Another guest also was unable to get in with his code. A security guard thankfully was able to help us in.

Great comfortable property close to good coffee shops, subways, and restaurants.

The location is great, right next to the subway. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe and enjoyed the room. Lots of storage including a large closet with drawers.

there was a big building work going on right next to the hotel but saying that it didn't me whilst in the hotel only arriving leaving and not a criticism of the hotel of course

For our needs, it was perfect!

Excellent location, a tidy, modern building. Easy to check in online.

Feels a bit quiet, given it’s an online check in hotel, but you get used to it. Construction next door starts promptly at 7am, so hard to sleep after that though we had to get up anyway. Bot the hotels fault of course but be warned.

the staff was really nice and were very helpful. the possibility that the property has some lockers. The possible to chat 24/7 with the customer service

It was very noisy in the accommodation as it is located on a very busy street and the room doors could not be closed properly. This made the doors extremely shaky and when other guests passed by the room, the door moved. This was very noisy. Furthermore, the room was very small. For two people almost impossible, because you have no space to store his bags neatly. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not really clean and you could still guess the foam of the predecessor dried on the wall. For over $200/night this should not be. The shower curtain was not very comfortable and did not prevent the entire bathroom from being under water after you showered. Unfortunately, the thermostat on the faucet in the shower was also broken, making it impossible to adjust the temperature while showering.

Lots of potential, but poor setup

Staff were consistently very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Bed was comfortable when you could finally get into it. Location is great, right by the subway and lots of brill restaurants.

Bed’s are super high (I stayed in 202 and 205) so very challenging to get into. Property is tired and poorly setup. Things like a tiny shower, with a curtain, which means the dirty curtain sticks to you when showering. This could have been easily avoided with a glass door. Toilets don’t really flush properly, so had to plunge them every day. Can’t leave bags between stays a few days apart, which is standard in normal hotels. It’s a bit dirty generally, stuff like towels had stains, holes in walls, leftover hair conditioner hanging out of bottles in shower from previous guests, moths, paint looked messy and tired throughout the hotel. Lots of potential, but don’t think I’d stay here again unless these issues were fixed. There is also a building site next door and now in front of the property which did wake me up once or twice early.

If you like hostel

The bed was comfy

The curtain was dusty . The room is the size of a college dorm . It is tiny and dingy. The tv doesn’t work . There was a horrendous smell in the elevator, the bathroom shower is super small it doesn’t help that when you turn on hot water it sticks to your body ( science) . I checked out after 1 day and paid for 7.
