Everything
We had some neighbors who had a sort of party and spoke very loudly until 2:00 am so we could not sleep, but of course the hotel could not be accused for their clients’ behavior.

New and tidy clean property. Netflix enabled TV. Lidl supermarket in 2 minutes drive.
You have to walk at least 15 min to closest coffee or shop. Water pipes make strange loud noise. The room is smaller than published with a huge but useless balcony. Plain street view.
