Living Room The bright and airy living room includes a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, additional bench seating, a spacious coffee table, and a 50" Smart Flat-Screen TV for streaming your favorite channels. The adjacent sitting room with a daybed is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Kitchen Well equipped with cookware, glasses, dishes, and utensils. Air-conditioned with a ceiling fan to keep cool. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, electric range, blender, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Bedroom #4 Furnished with a pair of twin beds, a nightstand, and a bookcase stocked with books, puzzles and games for all ages. Bedroom #5 A spiral staircase leads to the upper level's serene skylighted air-conditioned bedroom which has a Queen Bed, two nightstands and an upholstered bench. Local children sell painted shell souvenirs out of red radio flyer wagons. Just outside of town, Ocean Beach walkways are lined with a mix of traditional summer cottages and modern houses. The house is perfectly located on the bay in very close proximity to the town and all that the town offers. Situated 30 feet from the bay and close to the life-guarded swimming area and waterfront playground with plenty of fun things for the kids to play on while you relax on one of the many benches or Gazebo, and enjoy the most spectacular view. We love dogs, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure that we provide a safe space for them, too. Please provide information such as age, breed, weight, if it is house-trained, or crate-trained, how much barking to expect and for how long it will be left alone at a time. No cars are permitted, so water taxis, walking and biking are the best ways to navigate the island.
