Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Multiple paid parking options, located within 2 blocks of the property, are available. Prices vary from $10-$45 per day. Early check-ins can be requested the week of your arrival. This house is everything!! From the decor to location!! The condo itself is located right on printers ally. Right accross from skulls rainbow room. Which you should make plans to eat there. Condo was decorated beautifully and was so clean! To impress a nurse with cleanliness is a plus! The balcony was nice to people watch. I didnt find it noisy at all. Dawson and his team were so easy to work with and super helpful. Let me tell you this is the place you want to rent!

Could not ask for a better location or residence! So nice for all three couples to have their own bathrooms. Lots of space and loved being right above Printer's Alley. We definitely will be staying there again.

This condo is beautiful. It has all the amenities needed and more. It is comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We were a little concerned that being above and below the bars might be noisy, but it wasn’t at all. Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We were on a family trip (all adults) to Nashville and the location.was perfect. Close to everything. The details in this condo were perfect, from water in the fridge, coffee, snacks, nice linens and towels, The deck over the ally is also fun and we would have hung out there more if the weather was warmer. Highly recommend this location for a great stay in Nashville!

This property is a must do. It is fresh, clean, and exactly as advertised. They think of all the little details from making check in easy to having little detailed amenities available for your use like charging cords / wine / water / simple instructions. The balcony on the ally is a great place to relax with family and take in the sights as printers ally comes alive at night. What a fun weekend and we loved the place.

Excellent well equipped property , clean, beautifully decorated. Location is ideal and walking distance to broadway and other attractions. All of our questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend. Outdoor patio a huge plus, we enjoyed watching sports here after a day out on the town.

This property was an amazing place to stay! Dawson was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. The property was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our group and was decorated beautifully. It was a short walk to lower Broadway! Definitely will stay here again!

The property and location was amazing!!! We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Walking distance to everything! Printer’s Alley is super cool. Dawson was great. He was timely with all communication to any questions. Would definitely stay again!!!!

The loft was absolutely perfect for 3 adult couples. Plenty of room, very nice and clean. Great location to get to restaurants, Broadway, wherever you need to go. We will definitely stay again!

This is the perfect place to stay in Nashville. Close to Broadway and always entertainment in printers alley. We had three couples and were very pleased with the accommodations. The balcony is the selling point, such a great place to hang out. Everything was clean and the host were amazing. They even dropped umbrellas when it started to rain. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

The residence is beautiful, well equipped, stocked, and close to everything you need. You can be in the action overlooking the patio or away from the action in the residence. Highly recommend this place. We had three couples and it was prefect for gathering, but also had private space.

Incredible condo in perfect downtown location! We walked to all the venues, museums, restaurants and bars! Perfect spot in Printers Alley. The condo was spotless and had all the necessities! Lots of space and a fun balcony! We can’t wait to come back!!

Nice location Easy walking distance to Ryman, Broadway, Bars, food. The loft was clean. Had everything we needed. Management was great. Easy contact and on top of everything. Balcony above printers alley was great. Once you where back on the house and bedrooms was very quiet. We would stay here again.

I noticed this building roughly three years ago when I visited Nashville for the very first time. I was impressed with its grandeur and location. How can you beat being on Printers Alley?!? When I arrived late in the evening I could not believe how many people were milling around and walking from one bar to another. Nashville feels busier than I remember. We immediately went inside to set our luggage down and to get cleaned up for the evenings adventures. Boy were we surprised! The Place is better than we thought! The photos do represent the accents and the rooms but it doesn't represent the feel and the level of comfort and cleanliness the unit provides. After we looked at every room and selected our bedroom suite we got ready to head out. Before we left the condo we decided to step out onto the enormous deck. When we opened the door we couldn't believe all the sounds. Specifically that we could not hear a thing while inside. Its amazingly quiet. We loved being so close to everything. Broadway was just a short five minute walk. Such a great place! I am so glad I picked it!

Three couples headed to Nashville for a fun weekend getaway. The location of this VRBO was perfect for the six of us. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom and there is a half bath too. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room was perfect for hanging out as a group and the balcony was a great place to take in the action of Printers Alley. We were a little concerned that it was going to be too loud, but all of the rooms came with noise makers so we didn't hear a thing all night. We were in easy walking distance to the heart of Broadway and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, roof tops, grocery stores and liquor stores within a couple of blocks of our loft. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Our group of three couples had a wonderful experience staying at majestic lofts! Three large bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus another half bath was perfect. Beverly, our management contact was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend majestic lofts to stay while visiting Nashville, and just a short walk to broadway!
