Hôtel Préfecture - 100m de l'Opéra - Encore Mieux

Very clean. Good location. Communication with Youmna was quick and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was really quiet. Great to be able to leave luggage in the lockers.

The breakfast set up is a bit cramped. We had to sit very close to other guests. I wasn't aware we would be required to do our own tidying away after eating but it wasn't a problem. The hot tap in our bathroom was scalding.

This property represents absolutely exceptional value for money. A stylish,spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city with breakfast included for a wonderful price.

We could find nothing at all to fault and we are discerning, well travelled critics!!

Central Studio was a good size

The hotel room is spotlessly clean and in a good location.

There is no staff at the hotel. To access the hotel main door and hotel room is all done through emails and scanning passports to emails. The hotels system did not recognise my passport or driving licence - however i eventually gained access. Logging on to emails and dealing with a system that does not recognise Government issued IDs was painfully especially when arriving late at night and having little charge on my mobile. I will not be staying again because of the lack of staff - takes far too long sending emails to access a hotel room. I also did not like the hotel can also open and close all doors on the hotel remotely - there are security concerns with that system and what happens in a fire if the systems fail! I prefer a hotel with a reception desk and staff.
