The hotel location is very good. It's just a few blocks from the train/metro station, urban train and bus stop, and it is by Hafenpark. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a nice design overall. The room was spacious and very clean.
My overall experience was very good. I don't really have anything to complain about. I only found the bed too soft. However, this is more a matter of taste, I suppose. Currently, parking on the street can also be challenging due to construction.

I had a wonderful stay at the Scandic Hotel and was especially happy that I could travel with my dog. I really appreciated that the pet fee was a reasonable fixed amount for the entire stay rather than a high daily charge.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
And a special mention for the bed – honestly, it was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced! I slept incredibly well and would happily come back for that alone.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay – and my dog was too! 🐾😊

Good location
It was so hot, the aircon doesn’t work properly - three of us stayed in three different rooms and all couldn’t sleep due to the heat. We asked them to sort it and they said it’s the coldest it goes.
It would be nice if they replace water, supplied milk with the coffee machine and did room service.
