Location was good, security & safety measures taken made me feel good to having my young adult daughter in a separate room than mine . Breakfast had good selection , as well as making your own pancakes
Not much of fruits and vegetarian option. Cereals , cheeses available and yogurt
We had an issue with the connected rooms availability, and emailed requesting 2 single beds in one room and the other is double . They don’t have 2 singles & didn’t find a solution to help but offered us to pay and upgrade for a room for 3 people and pay for triple room. receptionist was not friendly, we were tired late evening , I had my 80 year old exhausted mother from the heat wave we experienced in Aug needing to sleep . And when we managed to pay the extra £56,00 , got my mum to bed , emptied most of our luggage to find thatair condition was broken down - manager came up looking to fix it , couldn’t - engineer available - & suggested that we pack and move to another room , I had to wake my mum up .. and move packed our stuff again , all that and we still had to pay for their unavailability and error . That experience impacted my stay there as I was expecting the next morning an apology from the management . But Nothing at all .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really appreciated all the excellent facilities and services available, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a great selection to start the day.
A very special thank you to Zulueta, the morning-shift receptionist, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He was always happy to assist us with anything we enquired about and made sure we had everything we needed.
We would also like to thank the Manager on Duty. It was a pleasure meeting him upon check-out, and we truly appreciated his warm and friendly manner.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning!

The breakfast is good.

Location is right next to the underground.
The room was clean & decor was fine.
The hot selection for breakfast was questionable.
No mini fridge in room.
Most hotels you get complimentary water, none here, have to pay €3 plus for it.
All drink sizes at the ‘bar’ were 0.2L for a stupid price.
I have used Hilton lots around the world and this one disappoints.
