Wonderful apartment in Paris in amazing location!

The location was unbeatable! The A/C was really great on hot days, and it was spacious and comfortable.

It can be loud outside at night and in the morning.

Great place but over priced

Lovation and cleanliness

The cost of the property was double comparable properties. Unfortunately because booking.com didn't validate the ownership of another property I was scammed out of my lease fee and was forced to find a property last minute. This was a great property very comfortable very clean and in a great location.

Excellent apartment in a great location; but it’s on the first floor and noise can be an issue

Excellent location. The apartment is very spacious, spotless clean, and in excellent condition. Good light, comfortable beds, nice living room. It really is a very nice place, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A good choice for two families. The rental company is responsive and very professional. Comes at a price, thought.

Occasional night and early morning noise was for us the apartment's downside: located on the first floor, it is not soundproof. Even though the apartment is on a quiet street, every passing conversation could be heard, and there’s a construction site across the street. We woke up several times during the night and early in the morning. Also, it would have been nice to have basic items like salt, oil, and other essential ingredients in the kitchen. You’ll have to buy everything if you want to cook anything.

Perfect location with excellent space.

The location was excellent. The space was perfect for our group and there were lots of bathrooms. Lovely apartment with lots of light.
