Lovely apartment, all on one level with a walk-in shower which made it easy for my husband who is not very mobile. Everything worked, the kitchen is well equipped and there is catch-up TV. We didn't use the garden but it would be pleasant to sit out there on a warm evening. The whole place looks nice and fresh and is well laid out. Good location for visiting lots of Cornwall's attractions.
There wasn't anything I disliked, though it would be even better if the bedside lights had shades and the fridge door was reversed.
I knew from looking at the location that getting out onto the main road with the car might be difficult and it was, but as I say that wasn't a surprise and I was grateful for the dedicated parking space.

It is well located and easily spotted. The facilities are unexpectedly sufficient, especially the cooking utensils. The hygiene of beddings and toilet is excellent. It is comfy and well-decorated. I especially like the sunlight that filled up the kitchen.
