Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $60 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, with a heated Community pool, is located on the ground floor at the beautifully well-kept complex of Walsingham Apts and sleeps 4 guests comfortably. This beautiful condo is a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the fabulous Indian Rocks Beach. There is even a beautiful park right across the street! There are many restaurants in the area along with grocery stores, shoppes, and is close to many Florida attractions including Splash Harbour Water Park! There is fully stocked kitchen that includes an oven, fridge, Mr. Coffee, blender, pots/pans, and dishes! Swim in the heated pool and enjoy the BBQ area! The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and the guest room has 2 twins. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Come stay and enjoy everything this condo has to offer! The unit and the Complex does not allow smoking, anywhere on the premises. One assigned parking space provided, we can only guarantee one spot. Guest spots are first come, first serve.This condo development does not allow any vehicles in their parking lot other than Car's or SUVs. Trailers, RV's, boats, jet ski's, box trucks, box trailers, and kayaks will not be allowed and must be stored elsewhere. Anything other than a car or SUV will have to be stored elsewhere. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding! .

The condo was perfect for our needs and we especially enjoyed having a heated pool. The location of the unit was perfect for driving to our favorite restaurants and activities in Clearwater Beach and St Pete. Also quick access to St Pete airport.

Air flow to bedrooms was minimal. But overall the unit was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine except for two things. The first was the air conditioning. The bedrooms never got really cool. The fan in the bedroom with the twin beds had no way of turning it fast enough to even feel the air from it. It was on by the wall switch when we got there at a very slow speed. Had to sleep with the bedroom door open to feel the slightest comfortable. The second item was the master bedroom bed. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood it was so hard.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The only item I had a slight issue with was that the bed in the main bedroom was very hard. Other than that, everything was perfect! The location is very convenient to the beaches. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay in the area.

Perfect location close to stores, restaurants, the beach, and for us - family. Spacious, fully stocked, and cute beach decor. Two bathrooms were a selling point for our family since we have teenage girls. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but I know everyone has different preferences. Management was very responsive - we checked in after hours and the A/C was not working, but they had someone out within just a few hours to fix it. Overall, we had a good stay and I would stay there again!

Only issue was that the listing didn't include no trailer parking in the listing and how the situation was handled at first with the property manager. I was informed via email (later in the evening) which a phone call would of been better as to a demand to remove my trailer immediately. Emails had to go back and forth to finally communicate that I could relocate it the next day as I had no place to put it. I tried to call a couple of times to discuss but no one answered the phone. I would recommend to answer calls on important issues especially when you are the one reaching out. Other than that a great place.

Not one negative. From start to finish the Management was helpful & accomodating. Actually met the owner who takes justifiable pride in making sure everything you could think of needing is available. The decor is high end - really reflects a host who wants guests, not just renters. The pool & cookout area are gorgeous. The location of the property amazing in terms of beach & restaurants & grocery stores. Would have stayed longer if we could. Next time we need a place to stay in the area, this place for sure.
