La administración un desastte

El departamento esta muy bueno. El personal de seguridaf de primera.

El personal de administración, pésimo. Necesite comunicarme antes, durante y despues y si bien contestaron no resolvieron nada. Te cobran por limpieza y nunca limpiaron nada.

Huur niet via GoHost

De locatie is prettig. Het ligt zeer centraal in een levendige wijk (lees nadeel hiervan..)

GoHost!!! Dit is gewoon een verschrikkelijke investeerder die er niks omgeeft of jij het fijn hebt!! Betaling regelen was een ramp. Ik heb tal van berichten gestuurd en kon de dag van aankomst eindelijk betalen. Zeer stressvol reizen. Het leek lang niet verhuurd. Zeer muffe lucht. Later blijkt dat afvoer/riool een probleem van het gebouw is. Het stinkt enorm hard. Het is niet schoon. We konden echt niet op blote voeten lopen zo vies is de grond. De schuifpuien op het balkon zijn kapot en kunnen niet op slot!! Heb ik gemeld maar tja mijn spullen maar die een risico zijn toch? Het is zeer slecht gebouwd. Je hoort gesprekken van je buren woord voor woord! Je hoort ze zelfs van het appartement daarnaast! Geluid van de zeer drukke straat. Ik heb echt zo slecht geslapen! Alsof het raam continu open staat. Vanaf donderdag hoor je de disco’s en barren in de buurt zeer goed. Sportruimte is niet verkoeld. Alle apparaten zijn kapot. (Ik heb dit appartement 4x gehuurd van zondag tot vrijdag! Ik kan niet annuleren dus we zitten eraan vast)

Huur niet via GoHost in Asunción

De locatie is erg fijn gelegen. Centraal gelegen in Villa Morra. Voor mij en een van mijn kinderen was het ruim genoeg.

Dit is de tweede reservering hier! Ik kon er niet onderuit helaas! Betaling weer pas op de dag zelf kunnen doen ondanks dat ik tijdens mijn eerste boeking al vroeg om de link. Het was weer niet schoon. Vloer is weer niet schoongemaakt! Schuifdeuren stonden wagenwijd open (fijn met die muggen) Na lekkage aan de airco was nu de wasbak aan de beurt. Het lekte eronder. Doorgegeven en niemand is gekomen! Stank van riool/afvoer die continue via de badkamer komt is ondraaglijk. Dit is in het hele gebouw hoorden we van iemand die er een koopappartement heeft!! Het geluid van buiten is ondraaglijk. Het klinkt alsof je raam wagenwijd openstaat. Ik heb er bijna niet van geslapen. De locatie is top maar het nadeel is de locatie!! Het ligt nabij allerlei barren en disco’s dus van donderdag tm zondag hoor je dit zo goed! Ook nog meer verkeer en luide mensen. Iedere dag om 5:45 staat er een groepje zeer luide vrouwen tegen elkaar te roepen onder het raam (geen grap echt 4 weken lang iedere dag!) Ik kan zelf niet tegen licht in de slaapkamer en was persoonlijk niet blij met het “gordijn” dat zeer scheef hangt en veel licht doorlaat. Schuifdeuren van balkon kunnen niet op slot, gemeld maar blijkbaar niet interessant! Geen kommetjes aanwezig dus ik heb ze zelf maar gekocht. Alleen platte borden en veel te weinig messen. Waterkoker is kapot. Heel veel kleine miertjes in de keuken en woonkamer. Deze week zijn ze aan het zwembad gaan werken waardoor je daar niet kon liggen (zwembad was een bak ijswater)

Boa localização e segurança.

Ar condicionado dos quartos estão velhos, não funcionam bem. O mal cheiro que sai dos banheiros, principalmente da suíte, péssimo! A cafeteira elétrica não funciona, não coa o café.
