We had a wonderful time this condo fit our needs perfectly it was near shops and restaurants The host communication with us is great. The condo was clean and supplies were well stocked. Having offstreet parking in this area is also great. I would definitely rent this condo again when we come to Tampa to visit our grandchildren if it’s available.

The location of the property is amazing! Communication was great with the property owner; extremely accommodating and prompt to answer.This is my second time staying in this specific apartment complex and will definitely be coming back.The property was clean and we had access to all the things needed to make the stay comfortable.Thanks again for everything!

I've rated this place several times and am consistently pleased with the cleanliness and easy access to Hyde Park, etc. Also, the host is always very helpful!
