This bright and inviting apartment blends modern comfort with mountain history and sits on the beautiful Shelton House property, part of the Museum of NC Craft and History, surrounded by 4+ acres of rolling hills and mountain views.
THE SPACE
This cozy suite is ideal for couples or small families. Though compact, it’s thoughtfully designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Accommodations:
• 1 king bedroom
• 1 queen bedroom
• 1 full bathroom
• Comfortable living area with ample seating, TV, and board games
• Compact kitchenette with essentials, coffee pods, and starter supplies
• Washer/dryer (downstairs, separate access upon request)
Enjoy scenic views of the Hart Theater, Saturday Farmers Market, and Smoky Mountains from the suite’s many windows.

Fantastic rental! Everything was very nice.Our only issue was the stairs are a LOT steeper and narrower than the picture showed. I think the photo must have been taken with a wide angle lens.We are in our 70’s and had our small dog with us. It was a bit challenging to get all our stuff up there and the dog. It was raining when we arrived and our shoes being damp didn’t help. There was a door mat, so we wiped our feet well, but they still were damp. The stairs were well lit and had a good railing. So, if steep stairs are not an issue for you, this is a great rental. Location great. It was quiet. Felt safe. Comfortable bed. Only a short 3-4 block uphill walk to Main Street. Very clean. Like I said, it is a great rental.
