It was close to downtown, extremely clean, comfortable and beautiful.

This hotel is awesome!! It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The open shower in the bathroom is incredible!

There was no breakfast. Free coffee and you could purchase a pastry.

No refrigerator

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a king suite free of charge, but I won't let that affect my review. This place was in a good downtown location, near to lots of dining options. The room was very nice with a good size tv that I did not use. The bathroom was huge with a shower that could fit 6 people. I very much enjoyed the one night I stayed here on my way back to Canada.

The only thing I would suggest is to place a cup in the room so someone can drink water from the tap. There are no drink machines I could find in order to get a drink, but they did have a water jug down in the lobby. Would just be nice to be able to get a drink for your room.

Modern, clean, location

The plumbing was tough. When the person above is flushed the toilet it sounded like a waterfall through our room. It was incredibly loud. Woke us up multiple times throughout the night.

This hotel is adorable. Very clean, cute and comfortable! It's a perfect location, when you want to be downtown!

Parking is a little challenging. We parked in the parking garage and walked. It is only about a block away.

The location is the best! I enjoyed being able to walk to most places.

I did not like the temperature of the water. I would have been more comfortable and enjoyed my shower much more of the shower water was hotter. It was slightly warm and not hot enough. I find a hotter shower to be more relaxing.

Having only one chair in a room for two ( with a king sized bed) is not acceptable. The same goes for the lack of closet or hanging storage. Two brackets designed for six hangers - two prefilled with robes - is almost laughable. The Brooklyn lofty vibe aesthetic is fine but in this case it impinges on the room functionality, and degrades the guest experience.

Staff was nice and actually had the decency to blush when I was charged over 2x more for this reservation than the week before. And the water in the cooler by the desk was complimentary. Outside courtyard was nice.

There is no safety handle in the shower. My husband wears an artificial leg and had to crawl into the shower and lever himself up by the wall. None of the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower worked. There is no place to hang more than 1 towel to dry. Thermostat was hard to figure out and slow to respond. Windows don't open but a few inches.

The location was great. We happened to pick graduation weekend, so the town was a bit busier than usual. But, the staff was wonderful.

Everybody was great at The Wren. We live in town, and booked a room for our anniversary, to celebrate! The Wren left some flowers in our room, which was wonderful. Super cozy, clean, and friendly.

Love this place, so cute, comfortable & clean while close to downtown. Great coffee shop below and staff is so friendly. 10/10 recommendation.

The parking isn’t ideal but for a quick overnight trip it’s no big deal.

Rooms were very comfortable. Great lighting, large bathroom, comfy beds. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean!

Could use a small fridge and coffee pot/ tea kettle in the rooms. I was able to get one from the friendly staff but it would've been nice to just have it there

This is a fantastic hotel, right in town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are new and fresh. So wonderful to your pets too, even gave them little treats.
