Ótimo lugar, péssimo atendimento com problema de raspão grande no meu carro novo e nada resolvido

Localização e preço ótimos

Panelas muito usadas, cadeiras um pouco desconfortáveis e com problemas, falta de gás na manhã da saída. Ocorreu raspão grande no meu carro novo, na garagem do imóvel, comprovado com câmera, que passou 1 semana parado no mesmo lugar, mas segundo síndica, nada foi detectado. Ninguém se comprometeu com isso e falando com zelador, que me disse que ele não conseguiu ver nada nas câmeras, por falta de visualização adequada, me mostrou que nada foi visto e eu fiquei no prejuízo.

So a localização

Paredes sujas, desgastadas, precisa de pintura. Toalhas muito velhas, desgastadas. Cama velha: doi as costas ao acordar. Armários pequenos. Tinha baratas na cozinha ( precisa dedetizar ) Tive que ir ate o escritório deles para pegar as chaves e quando la cheguei informaram que as chaves estavam no edifício ( falta de comunicação). Solicitei late check out pois minha esposa sofreu acidente e teve que fazer cirurgia de emergência e quiseram cobrar pelo late checkout. Total falta de sensibilização por parte dos proprietários. Neste apto nunca mais!

Localização e preço ótimos

Panelas muito usadas, cadeiras um pouco desconfortáveis e com problemas, falta de gás na manhã da saída. Ocorreu raspão grande no meu carro novo, na garagem do imóvel, comprovado com câmera, que passou 1 semana parado no mesmo lugar, mas segundo síndica, nada foi detectado. Ninguém se comprometeu com isso e falando com zelador, que me disse que ele não conseguiu ver nada nas câmeras, por falta de visualização adequada, me mostrou que nada foi visto e eu fiquei no prejuízo.
