Ausgezeichnete Lage im Herzen von Lecce. Komfort niedrigeres Niveau, aber dafür viel Platz.

Die Lage war extrem gut, nur einen Block von der berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeit in Lecce entfernt. Ausreichend Platz. Kleiner Innenhof zum Aufhängen von Wäsche. Sicher und unkompliziert. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Platz zum Verstauen der Wäsche. Extra Fenster im Bad vorhanden. Ausreichend grosser Kühlschrank und grosszügige Eisfächer. Gut funktionierender Gasherd.

Kücheninventar sehr alt. Bestimmte Utensilien wie Schneidebrett oder bestimmte Deckel für Topf nicht vorhanden. Ein Stuhl sehr wackelig (es sollten alle einmal ausgetauscht werden). Klimaanlage gut für Küchenbereich, aber reichte nicht in den Vorraum, in dem wir geschlafen haben.

Eigentlich unvermietbares Objekt! Lärmfalle! Geplantes Ende Bauprojekt 31.03.2026

Die Lage und das schicke Design. Tolle Internetpräsenz. Allerdings hat die Bausstelle 1 Meter vor der Wohnzimmertür sofort geschockt. Mit Presslufthammer und Flex wurden Steine und Beton zertrümmert...auch während der gesetzlich vorgeschrieben italienischen Mittagsruhezeiten. Über diese wurde ich auf meine erste Beschwerde hin mit einer langen - sicher schon vorbereiteten - mail informiert. Auf dem Nachttisch lagen Lärmschutzstöpsel...waren auch nötig wg. der Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung- kein Trittschutz in der Wohnung darüber...jeder Schritt hörbar...d.h. die Vermietorganisation ist sich der Situation voll bewusst!!!

Wegen des zeitweise unerträglichen Lärms konnte ich die Unterkunft etwa nur die Hälfte der Zeit und nur die Hälfte der Räumlichkeiten nutzen - Aufenthalt im Wohnzimmer während der Bauarbeiten war auch mit Hörschutz nicht möglich. Die eigentlich sehr schnelle und professionelle Kommunikation mit dem Callcenter war stark abwiegelnd. Bis heute habe ich vom "Manager" noch nichts auf meine Forderung nach Mietminderung gehört. Es gelingt mir leider nicht hier meine "Beweisfotos" hochzu laden. Sorry for that...

Waschmaschine vorhanden. Platz zum Verstauen der Wäsche. Extra Fenster im Bad vorhanden. Ausreichend grosser Kühlschrank und grosszügige Eisfächer. Gut funktionierender Gasherd.

Kücheninventar sehr alt. Bestimmte Utensilien wie Schneidebrett oder bestimmte Deckel für Topf nicht vorhanden. Ein Stuhl sehr wackelig (es sollten alle einmal ausgetauscht werden). Klimaanlage gut für Küchenbereich, aber reichte nicht in den Vorraum, in dem wir geschlafen haben.
