Great location, cleaner has gone missing.
The location and house were great.
The place was as far from clean as it gets. Half eaten oreo biscuits in the bed side table, coffee cups with dried coffee inside them. Most of the beds had significant staining, including blood. The listing mentions linen is included but no towels or bed sheets were provided. This place would be great stay with a standard clean and linen provided, as promised, but in its current state its definately worth a miss.

Great location and house, but disgusting hygiene and deceptive management
When we arrived on the first day, we were just about to go to sleep when we found multiple disgusting stains on the bedding: a large yellow stain right on the bed, a yellow circular stain on the pillowcase, and few red dots on the quilt which hopefully not blood stain. This completely shattered our confidence in the property's cleanliness. I immediately took a photo and sent it to management that same night. They promised they would look into it urgently. We followed up with them every single day, but the second, third, and fourth days passed with absolutely no call back and zero solution offered. We were completely ghosted for our entire stay despite our daily efforts to reach them.
To make matters worse, this is the first property I have ever encountered that does not provide standard linen service. They this policy was hidden inside a very long message sent through the booking platform's chat, with no other explicit warnings, emails, or notifications. Because it was buried, we were blindsided by a very high linen fee of approximately $300 for the whole stay just for basic sheets and towels.
It is a shame because the physical house itself is actually nice and in a good location. However, paying $450 per night plus an extra $300 linen fee for the stay, only to receive stained, unhygienic bedding and have customer service ignore your daily follow-ups for four days, is completely unacceptable.
