This apartment is suited for people who spend most of their time exploring the island and its beaches.
The price during the holiday season was attractive, though the apartment's standard is typical for Greek rentals - it’s not for those expecting a high-end, multi-star hotel experience. For us, it was perfectly adequate for sleeping, having breakfast, and resting in the afternoon. There is parking for a few cars.
The owner was responsive and helpful; we reported a missing kettle, and a brand-new one was delivered the very next day - thanks for that. Owner also provides beach umbrellas for the guests.
The actual travel time from the property to mid-island areas (the Aqualand for example) is about an hour and a half, while getting to the north of the island takes over two hours - if traffic is small. Both bedrooms have functional air conditioning, and some windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The beds are worn, but you can certainly get a good night's sleep on them.
A downside is the very old wooden balcony doors in the bedrooms; inevitably, warm air seeps in, meaning the air conditioning has to run constantly if you are inside the apartment.
There are a few minor issues (a leaking toilet flush, doors that don't close properly), and generally, the place shows signs of wear and tear. However, for those looking for a base with easy access to the southern part of the island, it’s a fine choice.

Locația, paturi confortabile, gazde amabile, apartament spatios, aer condiționat nou in fiecare cameră care funcționa foarte bine, lenjerii si prosoape curate, wi-fi bun, frigider uzat dar care functiona si racea foarte bine.
Faptul ca vasul de wc era murdar, nu se închideau ușile de la camere, doar se putea apropia ușa, rămâneam frecvent cu clanța in mână, prizele ieșite din pereti.
