Surrounded by 500 acres of private, undeveloped land, this gorgeous home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, appliances and essentials for family and friend feasts. Designed to entertain, indoor and outdoor dining spaces for the whole family, dedicated work spaces, private bedrooms and connecting bathrooms, gym, cardio room, game room, guitars, and mountain views that inspire. 15 minutes to AVL Airport 25 minutes to Downtown Asheville 30 minutes to Biltmore Estate Hendersonville, NC has become a destination all its own with a growing food scene, farmer's market, and public art exhibits featuring local artists. There's a lot this little town has to offer before venturing out to Asheville and the surrounding area. Take a look at some of our recommendations for where to eat. One person is staying in the apartment unit next door who keeps to themselves and does not use the common areas. Although you don't NEED a car to visit this property, it is highly recommended. Uber and Lyft are unreliable with limited options for food delivery. You can, however, spend your entire time on property and just RELAX. We encourage you to do so! HOUSE RULES ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. NO SMOKING INSIDE. NO SMOKING OUTSIDE. NO SMOKERS. Absolutely no smoking on this property at any time for any reason. 2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. Total number of guests (daytime visitors + overnighters) cannot exceed the number on the reservation. 3. QUIET HOURS OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM Our home is in a small neighborhood. No loud commotion outside including music, yelling, or other commotion of any kind after 10pm. This goes into effect at 10:01. 4. NO FIREWORKS They sure look cool up on the mountain. But we allow absolutely no fireworks of any kind. At all. Ever. 5. ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE RESERVED ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Your reservation is approved for the number you booked. This is the allowance for the total number of individuals allowed on the property at any one point (daytime visitors + overnighters). We have cameras around the outside of the property for security and to monitor all comings and goings at all entrances. 6. TRASH Please make sure any trash is brought outside, bagged, sealed, and the lids to the bins out back are locked down with the bungee cords. If not, it WILL attract bears. Bears are not safe for guests. We charge $50 for every piece of trash our housekeeping staff has to pick up outside. This includes cigarette butts. Although we hope our no smoking policy is clear, we do charge $50 for any cigarette butts found anywhere on the property. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- This is our home, and we trust you'll keep in mind our policies as were posted on the listing. We strictly enforce these rules. If we suspect you are violation any of them, IT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND.

1st time out here. Stunning views at a very desirable property in the Ashville/Hendersonville area. Well equipped kitchen lends itself to multiple chefs cooking together for a fun time that allows guests to escape away in a private mountain area. Fall walks right off the property were a plus or others a short drive away. Owner/property manager very responsive to questions and needs. Would highly recommend.

We loved the views! This house is well appointed and has many spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and outside. Very comfortable rooms/beds. Also, loved the location close to restaurants and towns .

Our team stayed at this location for a multi-day meeting and team building. Excellent venue allowing privacy for everyone while also having several spaces ideal for team meetings inside and out. The view was amazing and well kept. Very clean and with plenty of space. The gym and work out equipment are an added bonus! The property manager was exceptional to work with and was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at scenic view Drive. There was plenty of room, for everybody. Plenty of amenities. The views of the mountains were outstanding. The owner was quickly responsive to the water outage after some lightning struck nearby. It was back on after noon. Great place to get away from it all.
