Stayed at this hotel before flying out the next morning, and the experience was great. Very clean, welcoming, breakfast was great, and very convenient!

Very nice accommodations. Indoor pool was awesome. The only downside (in my opinion) is that the bed was very soft and I am used to a firm mattress. The girl at the front desk came up to our room with a smile at 3 am to help with the air conditioner. It had gotten unplugged somehow.

We enjoyed our stay. Helen, front desk staff, was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable with good quality sheets and comforter. Pillows were great. My problem was bathroom: lighting not bright enough to manage my contact lenses , no makeup mirror and grab bar needed on shower wall. Otherwise, stay was excellent.

This was our second day at this hotel in four months. Both of our stay were nice, friendly, staff, comfortable room, and great breakfast. However, the wallpaper on the hallways have a lot of scratches from I guess peoples luggage and the mattress platforms could use some touchup paint as they are starting to show where also
MyBIG complaint is with hotels.com/expedia.com We had to leave one day early due to an incident at home and it was not until we were checking out that we were told a refund for the one night remaining stay would not be given at this Fairfield Inn, and since we had booked our stay through a third-party i.e. Hotels.com!!
I have used Hotels.com for years and never knew that lot of hotels will not refund any unused nights if you book directly with Hotels.com😡

Property was perfectly located off the highway so you don’t hear traffic. There is a brewery right behind it. The staff was great. Room was spotless. The only downside was the wife said she could hear jets taking off during the night.

The room was nice and clean. However, we weren't too crazy about the barn door. We like more privacy and there was a gap at the door. Not a big deal, but we would have preferred a regular door that closed completely.

Our stay of two nights was flawless. We'll definitely be back whenever we visit Asheville again. It is a little hard to find if you don't know the exact street to turn on. A sign or arrow might be helpful. The eggs and bacon for breakfast were a cut above the competition.

Was very clean and nice staff. Pillows were great but I would rate the bed 7 out of 10. Not that it was horrible. Just not as comfortable as mine at home.

1) The description says there are shuttles to the airport, which was a key reason for choosing the property. However, after checking, I learned it is only available with a reservation and there was no more availability for my time. “Best I can do” is all the lady said, as they share the shuttle with other hotels. No where does description say “limited availability.” 2) the room next door played music all night long and the noise penetrated our room all night long. I called down and lady said “she’d see what she could do.” Nothing was done.

We had 3 people in our room, 2 adults and a toddler. We didn’t realize that we booked a hotel that didn’t have a bath tub at all, but we figured we would make due. The shower floor was so slippery, our toddler fell and hit her head hard, and slipped multiple times prior to falling, luckily she was fine, but definitely frustrating that if there isn’t a bath tub, there is only one safety bar high up where a young child couldn’t even dream to reach. Also, the shower door didn’t even have a handle on the inside to open the door… very weird. There was a bug in our towel, no clue what it was. Husband took a picture and tried to identify, couldn’t find anything. Lastly, I thought my husband had put clothes in a drawer, so I put our toddlers clothes in it as well. Turns out they were the clothes of whoever stayed there prior. It really made me question the sanitization process of the facility if they didn’t check the drawers…
The pros were that the breakfast had boundless possibilities which was great for a picky toddler, and great for those who are watching what they eat/ wanting to eat healthy.
It was a fine spot to stop for a quick sleep/ recharge before powering out down the highway but we would probably find somewhere else next time, especially for the safety and health of our child and ourselves.

Very clean but neither the staff nor manager knew how to help me upgrade my wifi. They just provided a phone number for me to call their provider myself. I’d think they’d try calling on my behalf.
Also, there was carpet being replaced directly above my room which meant I had to deal with A LOT of drilling, banging, heavy items being slammed which literally shook the entire room. This occurred 2 afternoons in a row. It would have been nice to be made aware of up front so I’d be able choose a different room/floor
