About this house rental
Situated in Superior, this lovely house for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Very private, conveniently located home with year-round outdoor hot tub and several amenities. Don't forget to bring your dog(s)! No pet fees, but we expect you to clean up thoroughly after your dog. We even provide the easily accessible fenced dog run and waste bags. Our house is perfect when attending an area wedding, graduation, Bayfront Festivals, Concerts, group ATV or motorcycle rides and Grandma's Marathon. Relax with your friends or family on our 14' X 42' deck with recessed hot tub. Grill some food, play pool, ping pong, & cornhole. Pool table, ping pong and a TV are located in the very large, heated garage. Or just relax on the couch in the central AC while streaming a movie on the 55" HDTV with Bose sound bar (Netflix and WiFi included). Then, spend some time down by the fire pit & try some stargazing with our telescope. Wood for the fire pit, in addition to propane for the grill, and to heat the garage are provided at no extra charge. We have hosted guests celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries, girls/guys weekends, graduations, birthdays, engagements, vacations, business trips and snowmobile/ATV/motorcycle groups. We are confident you will enjoy your stay! *Please note there are a couple deck stairs to enter the house, fairly steep stairs with a handrail to go up to the second floor, somewhat steep stairs to go down to the laundry, and deck stairs to get on/off the deck. People with mobility issues and children should take caution.

It was nice had room for us. Not impressed with the stairs to upstairs. Needs more lighting. Dog friendly. Loved the game room and the hot tub. We used them both. Close to where we were going .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication from the host. The hot tub was perfect and our group enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Very fun getaway in Wisconsin! There was corn hole, ping pong, pool table, and large tv in the heated garage! The house was comfortable and had more amenities than was listed in the online description. I was very impressed with the management…they responded quickly and politely with all my comments and questions. Very nice place to stay!

Loved the hot tub! Lots of nice amenities in a place full of character. Private lot. The driveway was surprising as it it parallel to and right next to the train tracks. Some train traffic, but it was minimal. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Came up for a bachelor party. House was very clean. The hot tub was nice and relaxing and spent a lot of time playing pool/ping pong. Sleeps a lot off people with individual beds if your a tall person watch your head going up/down stairs. Close to road but trees help block the noise and ttains were no issue the 2 that came through were not any louder than the road noise and easy to cancel out

My spouse and I are 88 and 86 years old. It was a good thing that we didn't have to go up stairs. the stair well was dark steep and narrow. there was no railing in the stairwell. also the location was very close to railroad tracks. Some of the amenities did not have instructions on how to usr. We enjoyed the grill. The table only seated 6 and the place was advertised as accommidating 8. We appreciated the dog pen

We did a lot of activities around Duluth and northern Wisconsin/Minnesota on our vacation and this house was a good distance. The house is located in town but it felt like it was out in the country since we were tucked away in woods, which we liked. The house was clean and the owners were very nice and responsive to texts.

My family and I needed a place to stay near Duluth where we could bring our dog. This was perfect for us. The house is tucked away and very private. We loved the big deck with an awesome new hot tub! Communication with the owners was fantastic.

Great time. Private. Well stocked kitchen with a great deck and fun garage. We had a great time. The upper level with the extra bedroom and the basement with the laundry could be difficult for people that have mobility issues but my wife and I had a great time there and already stared planning our return someday.

This property was exactly as listed. It was very clean, and close to Superior as well as Duluth, but the house itself didn't have any houses close by. The hot tub was amazing, the perfect end to a day of game playing and hiking. The owner is SUPER communicative and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway.

We came to snowmobile, right by a gas station which was right on the trail, so that was awesome! Hot tub was great after being out all day! They needed to upgrade cookware, which the owner said they were looking into, along with dishwasher. But super easy to find- right off the hwy, near the trail, on the edge of town. Overall, good stay.

Very accommodating place. Everything was clean and ready for us to have a great weekend. Enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Would have enjoyed fire pit and corn hole if snow wasn’t in the ground. Really close to all activities we needed. Snow hill and fishing. Had a great time with family.

We had a great time especially our teen boys in the shared room. We played pool in the garage, sang, and danced. We went to spirit mountain daily and had great food at OMC. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Great weekend. All four of our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub! Heated garage was fun to play pool. Little fenced area worked well for two dogs. Only 15 minutes to Bentlyville.!

Overall this place is alright to stay at. I was surprised at how quiet it is being next to the train tracks. The traffic was louder than the trains. It is a bit tricky to find based on GPS. I reccommend looking at Google maps first to really see how to enter to the property.The hot tub was a nice feature however the temp was set to 104 and for us that was like a warm bath.

Was a nice affordable location to stay while in the area for Bulldog athletic events. Had everything we needed with a nice place to hang out and watch TV during rain storms. Only issue was the steepness of the stairs going to the upstairs bedroom. We had elderly family members with us who couldn’t do the stairs so one person had to sleep on the couch.

This is a good place to get away. We had a fun, quiet evening. It feels like you are in the country, and yet close to many things. Thank you so much. It was just what I needed for my Birthday weekend.

We had a great time at this property. Very much enjoyed the amenities this place offered, especially the hot tub. It was clean and the host was friendly to work with. The stairs to the upper bedroom are a little tricky, but there is the bedroom on the main level for people who might have trouble with stairs. We all remarked on the comfort of the beds and couch. It was also nice to have the option to let the dogs out in the fenced in area off the side of the house.

Bob was great and very easy to get in touch with! The property is great! My dog enjoyed running around the yard! The small fenced in area was great for letting the dog out at night! The hot tub was a great place to unwind! Will definitely be staying again!

It is a great unique place! Very secluded in the city. It is right between an active railroad and the road. The windows do a good job (while closed) with the noise. The grounds are well boarded and naturally protected that ours dogs could be off leash in the yard. You cant see the road. We stayed with our 2 labradoodles and 3 teens. They appreciated the attic bedroom, the “stairs” are tricky with tall folks. The three bedrooms is one on main floor and more of two areas renovated in the attic. The two cot side, we didn’t use and thankfully didn’t plan on it. The garage pool table and patio /hot tub were BIG hits after hiking state parks. I totally missed the smoking allowed and may have not booked since we have two inhaler folks, so the smell was a little tough on us. We were one of the first to stay and you can tell they have been fixing it up, the dishwasher was not working while we were there. It has a lot of great qualities and great potential… the place was worth the stay. VERY UNIQUE with a great yard.

Convenient location for great family fun!
My family and I enjoyed the convenient and secluded location. Easy access to all areas of Superior, Canal Park, and the North Shore. The fire pit, hot tub, and large deck were great amenities. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We would book and stay again!

Wonderful place, great location, amazing time!
Check in was really easy and very stressless. There were plenty of places to sleep and plenty of space to relax! We really enjoyed the location and affordability. The hot tub was also an amazing feature that was enjoyed. Really suited four adults, a toddler, and two pups well! We would definitely stay again!
