Upstairs, you'll find all three comfortable bedrooms, while the attached rec room offers guests of all ages a great space for playing foosball or board games, or just meeting up for movie nights. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The accommodations were great. Being from Florida, we were surprised to learn the house had no air conditioning.It was extremely warm (low 80's upon arrival) and took time to cool down once windows were opened. Advance notice of this condition would have been appreciated. And the unimproved roadway leading to the property was a bit jarring, but did not detract from the overall accommodations.

Fairly big house with everything I needed. It has a full size, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and nice bedrooms. Neighborhood is nice and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

We had to move up early for work from CA. Our escrow wasn't closed yet. This was the perfect place for us to get our bearings and get ready to start new jobs. Thanks for having an amazing place!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house itself was clean and very roomie for our small family, there was plenty of room for a few friends. We would gladly rent here again. The location to the water was great and it was a short drive to anything else we wanted to do. As mentioned by others it’s in a newer neighborhood so there aren’t paved streets yet but that’s the only negative, if you consider that to be one.
