The apartment is nice and cool even during summer. Air conditioning is available, but we almost didn't need it. The apartment is very well equipped, we found everything we needed and more!! Even a washing machine, a small but fully equipped kitchen,.... big bed. The location is a bit to the side of the main bustle but still everything is pretty easy to reach (walking, bus, or uber/taxi). The host was extremely nice and helpful!!! and even provided coffee capsulas for the mashine, water, juice and cookies! Good water pressure in the shower. The mattress is pretty firm, this is just a preference issue I think, it felt good quality. All in all the pros far outweighed the cons for us.
Unfortunately the shower head holder is attached very far down on the wall, so standing up you get wet only to lower belly. To wash your upper body and hair you have to either kneel down or take the shower head of the wall and hold it over your head. The shower is in the bathtub, so it's a big step to get in/out, not suitable for people with mobility or hip issues, for us this was no problem however. The house/building and area is not the prettiest visually, some people might care about it, but to us this didn't matter and we always felt very safe.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, die sehr sauber und kürzlich renoviert war. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und gab mir einige tolle, hilfreiche Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Die Altstadt ist nur eine kurze Busfahrt entfernt. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
