Location is next to Gleneagles Hospital. 20 mins walk to Pulau Tikus and about 45 mins walk to Gurney Plaza.
Noise - slamming of doors by cleaning staff at all hours. One Sunday morning, deliberate slamming of doors by cleaning staff after I laid a complaint about party noise at 1.00 am in the morning.
Elevators - only 2 or 3 out of 4 elevators working. One Sunday, I waited for more than half an hour for the elevator as too many people were checking out as only two elevators were working. The property manager was slack in his duty to get all elevators to be in working condition. This matter ought to be reported to City Council for negligence in ensuring safety for all 30 floors of apartments. In case of emergency, there is no way for escape if one need to get to the hospital for urgent care.

Location, size of room, furnishings, washing machine, hangers, host responsive, value.
Some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues; in particular, lots of cigarette butts on rooftop outside windows, and some bath linens stained (but clean). Mentioned to host. Also, one pot, one skillet but no lid for pot.

The location
The setting and decor is old school, the toilet is big enough but the rain showerhead is old model and small. Not too comfy with this.
