This place was exceptional! Our group loved the place. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. The place was well maintained and the basic amenities were provided. The bonus was we can use the jetty at the back and during our stay, we were lucky to spot some dolphins in the canal.

The frying pan might need to be replaced. And I'd appreciate if the host can provide more cloth hangers in the wardrobe. This doesn't impact our experience during the stay, just some things that can improve this place further.

Location, size, view, kayaks, lots of parking, easy entry, comfy beds, provided good amount of bin liners, detergent etc

No shower downstairs, broken Venetian blinds, bbq temperamental, not enough of glasses etc for 14 people,

The house was very clean & tidy. The kitchen was perfect to host a big group- enough utensils / cutlery for all. Bedrooms were all a great size- plenty of room. Location is great- nice area to walk and a lovely little coffee shop down the road. The host were very attentive and easy to deal with- we will be back
